Selam. Aşağıdaki özelliklerde mcu aramaktayım.

-3.3v
-min 32k rom, min 1 k ram
-2 pwm output
-1 uart, 1 spi, 1 i2c, 1 external int.
- Rtc
- eeprom min 256 byte

Birde varsa usb hid.


-Pin değeri minimum olsa çok iyi olur ve max. 64 pin e kadar çıkılabilir. SMD olması zorunlu...

-Lütfen pic16 ve pic18 serilerini önermeyiniz..

-Önerilen mcular 5$ ve altı olmalı

-Önerilen mcular Tr de bulunmalı

Eeprom lazımsa program hafızasını kullanırsın.

Program flashına yazabiliyorsak, çok iyi..

Daha mantıklı öneri gelene kadar, STM32F100 ü tercih edeceğim.

Yanıtlar için teşekkür ederim. Fakat mantıken ve fiyaten halen stm32f100 ü geçebilecek öneri gelmedi.

Yukarıda saydığım özellikler sonrasında en önemli etken fiyat. Bu özelliklerin üzerine çıkmamız gerekmiyor.(çünkü çıkınca fiyat yükseliyor)

Farnell de ve ebay de bile yok bu mcu.. Tr den temin edebileceğim birşey olmalı..

f100varmı türkiyede,

F100 daha yaygın. Farnell, ebay ve digikey de yaygın olarak var. St Tr temsilcisindede çok yüksek olasılıkla vardır yada hızlıca temin ediyordur ama F0 bu saydığım sitelerde bile yok..

Digikey'de STM32F030C6T6 var. fgokcegoz'ün verdiği sitede Sample&Buy bölümünden başka bulunan yerleri görebilirsiniz. Bir de Türkiye'de bulunan derken ST distribütörlerini (Empa, vs.) kastediyorsanız, hızlıca temin duruma göre değişir; dün olan bir şeyi yarın sorarsanız 8-10 haftada temin edilme durumu olabilir. Bu durumda yine Digikey,vs. yolu görünür.
