Raspbian-Monodevelop .exe Sorunu

Merhabalar,

Monodevelop üzerinden C# projesini derleyip, projeyi çalıştırabiliyorum. Yalnız oluşturduğum .exe yi terminalde çalıştırmak istediğimde;
"

FATAL UNHANDLED EXCEPTION: System.ExecutionEngineException : SIGILL " hatası alıyorum. Bunun üzerine Monodevelop download sitesinden;
       * monodevelop-nunit
       * monodevelop-versioncontrol
       * monodevelop-database 
paketlerini de kurdum. Böylelikle terminalde .exe yi çalıştırabildim. Fakat bu sefer de Monodevelop üzerinde proje derlemesi yapamıyorum.
Bu durumun önüne nasıl geçebilirim?
