This is the CMOS-TTL 2000 database and it is also copied from original CD. Don't be confused but the picture is 2006.
The complete data base with all informations about the popular CMOS 4000/7400, ECL (10k/100k), TTL 7400 and Interface (T75) series. The data base covers more than 96,000 integrated digital circuits in 2610 families including their maximum and characteristic ratings.
