Siemens marka eski logic entegreler 10 seneyi geçiktir herhalde büyük ihtimalle 40XX serilerinde karşılıkları var ama bir türlü bulamadım nette elinde IC katolog kitapları olan arkadaşlar vardır belki onlar bilebilir çok ihtiyacım var teşekkürler

Siemens in datasheetlerini bulmak gercekten problem bir is.
daha once baska bir entegresini digerlerine gore 20 kat daha zor bir sekilde buldugumu hatirliyorum.

teşekkürler arkadaşlar sanırım bu çiplerle uğraşmayacağım onun yerine elektronik kartın yaptığı işi picli bir devre tasarlayarak yapacağım

Ooo sizde cok acelecisiniz. Ben Almanca bilmemenin avantajini kullanarak o fiyatlari bir paket icin degerlendirdim.  Boylece tanesi oradaki fiyattan cok daha ucuza geliyor...
