Merhabalar;
Direkt olarak 16f877 ile fet sürülebilirmi.Benim bu konuda bir çalışmam oldu bazı problemler çıktı.Frekans 50 Hz, fetler aşırı ısınıyor.Bunun kontrolü nasıl yapılır,kısacası bu sorunu nasıl çözebilirim.Yorumlar için şimdiden teşekkürler.KOLAY GELSİN

mosfet ise gate gerilimi 0..12V uygun.  Kesin değer için mosfete ait datasheete bakınız yoksa yakarsın. "güç uygulamalarında"  fet , bjt , IGBT vs ya saturasyonda  ya da kesimde çalıştırlımlaıdır.

Fetleri sürme işi yükün ve fetlerin özelliğine göre değişir. Genelde mosfetler 5 volttan daha yüksek gerilimlerde anahtarlanır. Gate gerilimi nekadar yüksek olursa iletime geçme hızı o kadar hızlı olur ve mosfetin üzerinde daha az güç harcanmış olur tabiki bu kesime giderkendende düşünülmelidir. İnternette birçok muhtelif şema bulabilirsin ayrıca birçok sürücü ic mevcuttur.

POWER

Yaptığım çalışma sonucunda  gate geriliminin düşük olduğu kanısına vardım.Çünkü 16f877 ile sürdüğüm zaman gate gerilimi yaklaşık 2.3V bu gerilim yeterlimi bilmiyorum.Ama SG 3525 entegresi ile sürdügüm zaman gate gerilimi yaklaşık 5V civarında.Bende gate gerilimini yükseltmeyi denedim fakat yükselmedi.Bu gerilimi nasıl yükseltebilirim acaba?
